| This ministry provides scholarship money for members of Cross of Glory who are enrolled in Lutheran colleges or seminaries. The Ruth Fund is named after Ruth Emma Ressmeyer Nutzel who generously supported Pastor Kelly and Tim Ressmeyer while Kelly was in seminary. |
