Teen Education for Lifelong Leadership (T.E.L.L.)
T.E.L.L. is our educational program for youth from 6th through 12th grade. It takes place Monday nights from 6:30-8:00 p.m. 6th graders have their own special class where they learn about faith and do projects together. 7th and 8th graders participate in our Confirmations Class. This class, for 7th and 8th graders, covers the basics of the Bible and of our faith tradition. It is designed to help our youth own their faith for themselves. Our high school teens spend time interacting with each other to experience God through games, food, and conversation.
The next session begins Fall 2010 and meets on Mondays from 6:30-8:00pm
Children’s Summer Choir
Cross of Glory will be assembling a Children’s Choir for two performances this summer. The first will be Sunday, July 18th. the second one will be August 15th. This will be an exciting opportunity for our youth to be involved in the music at Cross of Glory. 4 year old through 8th grade are invited to join the choir regardless of experience level. Anyone interested should contact the church office. The choir director is Brooke Paluch.
There is a sign up sheet in the Welcome Room.
You child will need to attend all practices. Practices for the July 18th performance are:
6 to 7 pm on Thursday’s
July 8th and July 15th
Children are to arrive at worship on July 18th at 8:30 am.
