If you are looking to build flexibility in your body and calm your busy mind, make time for yourself. Join Tammy Kjos, this September, for this 3-week, Beginner Yoga Series.
We will practice poses that help loosen muscles and lubricate the joints; learn breathing exercises to bring awareness to breath; and practice clearing the mind with some basic techniques. This series is appropriate for beginners and for those who are looking for a review of the yoga basics.
This 3-week, Beginner Series meets on Saturdays at Cross of Glory, from 9:30-10:45 am, on September 8th, 15th and 29th. (There will not be class on September 22nd.)
We ask that you make an investment of $30.00 for the entire series. This is a donation to the ministries of Cross of Glory church.
