On 2/4/2024 we continued our five week series called Faith that Works on the Letter of James, with a focus on our choice between God and the world. According to James, many of us have exchanged God’s wisdom and values for those of the world. What can we do about that, and how is God so willing to help us come home?
On 1/28/2024 we continued our five week series called Faith that Works, with a focus on faith and works. According to James, faith without works is dead. How can we live so that what we say we believe translates into actions to love and serve our neighbor?

On 1/14/2024 we began a five week series called Faith that Works, as we looked at the New Testament Letter of James. One of the most practical books in the Bible, James doesn’t mince words, as he calls out hypocrisy and challenges all of us to not just profess our faith, but to actually live it out. We start with a little background on the book and then dig in.
