Come join us at Cross of Glory for an hour of quieting your mind. Every participant will come with a different level of experience. All are welcome.Research shows that yoga is an excellent exercise program for everyone. Each move, exercise and pose can be modified to respect an injured area of your body. Who: Janet Fender, certified yoga instructor, will lead most of the classes. Tammy Kjos will lead when needed.Cost: 9.00 per person, per class. Bring: A yoga sticky mat, yoga/pilates blocks and a strap. Extras will be available to borrow.
