Notice of 2014 Annual Meeting February 2nd
Cross of Glory’s Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2014 at 10:45 am. (right after worship). The purpose of the meeting is to elect our Congregation Council and to vote on important matters pertaining to our life of faith together.
Our constitution defines a voting member as one who is 18 years old or older, confirmed, communing, and contributing financially.
Nominations for Council
Nominating committee is Tammy Kjos, Nicole Morin, and Dan Skowron. Speak to one of them or to Pastor Dorothy to nominate someone for Council (including yourself).
Other Business
Any voting member may propose business to be conducted at the Annual Meeting. Our bylaws require that any proposal or proposals of business to be conducted at the Annual Meeting must be made in writing to the Council and such written notice is to briefly describe each proposal and the reasons for conducting such business at the Annual Meeting. These must be received by January 19th, 2014.
